GFP Red 2-photon bleed through |

Looking at GFP and Cell Tracker on the 2 photon we saw the following
GFP cells only showed no bleed through into red channel
Cell Tracker red cells only showed 0.4% bleed through into the green channel. This is surprising but proably due to far brighter signal in the red and the choice of bandpasses. However, when GFP and Cell Tracker red cells were looked at together every GFP labelled cell also appeared in the red channel |
